The Company is authorized to carry out recruitment and placement services only within the scope of this licence.


2. Nature of Services

Licensed Services

We provide:

Recruitment and candidate placement

Employer–candidate matching

Hiring coordination

These services are conducted strictly in accordance with Hong Kong law.

Non-Regulated Services

We may also provide:

Digital marketing support

Business promotion services

These services are separate from licensed employment agency activities.


3. Service Limitations

SAMADI LIMITED does not provide:

Employment (we are not the employer of placed candidates)

Payroll services or salary administration

Immigration or visa processing

Labour outsourcing, staff leasing, or employer-of-record services


4. Role of the Company

The Company acts solely as:

We do not control or assume responsibility for:

Hiring decisions

Employment terms

Performance of employers or candidates


5. No Guarantee of Employment

We do not guarantee:

Job placement for candidates

Hiring outcomes for employers

All decisions are made independently by the relevant parties.


6. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information

Use the website for unlawful purposes

Attempt unauthorized access to systems


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Employment outcomes

Contractual disputes between employers and candidates

Indirect or consequential losses


8. Compliance Statement
